Blueprint OPS - Excon Module is now complete
The Blueprint OPS Exercise Control module has recently been completed and was employed during the recent National CT Exercise - Blue Luminary.
Exercise Control personnel from 16 different agencies employed Blueprint OPS Excon® to coordinate and log all events relevant to their role as Exercise Control managers.
Blueprint OPS staff were on hand to tailor the system to the developing situation. At the request of Exercise Control personnel, further features were implemented within hours demonstrating the systems highly flexible and custom tailored architecture.

Only 30 minutes training for newcomers to the system was required. A full spectrum of users from a variety of backgrounds developed a sound working knowledge of the system in a very short time.

| Master Schedule |
- Import your Exercise schedule from Microsoft Excel directly into the
BPO-Excon Master Schedule
- Add and modify Exercise events with full audit trail and accountability.
- Allocate Event specific Tasks, where users can email or task from Excon directly into Bluprint OPS
- Notification and visual display of current events due in the timeline.

| Control Document Database |
- Users can pre-populate the Control Document Database with their relevant documents and media files. No more searching through messy folders trying to locate files that reside on individual PC's.
- The Control Document Database enables users to add and search for documents with a comprehensive set of search filters. Locating a specific file for release to the exercise, only takes seconds.

| Events and System Log |
- Users can log events and other relevant information as per the exercise requirements. All logs are held within the database, allowing full transparency of multi-agency processes and communications.
- Adjusting Exercise parameters creates an auto-generated log for accountability and auditing requirements.
- Email out to other personnel is logged contributing to the exercise management picture.

- Set Tasks within the system for users to act on.
- Notifications and Alerts are monitored on a variety of levels, allowing for follow up, ensuring task are effectively completed

| Report Templates and Generation |
- Generate Reports such as Sitreps (Situation Reports) from templates embedded within the system.
- Reports are ported directly into the Control Documents Database for quick retrieval.
